The sacrifices modern footballers make are remarkable. Ice baths. Not getting pissed as often. Going to the strippers to get blood to the area to aid recovery, etc ..

Other clubs are slack in playing in GF's compared to Collingwood.

Impressions from your snippets:

Bigboy Westy, looks Maynard size at 18 and is 6 cm taller. Hayes moves well. Smitt looks switched on and smooth for a big guy rookie. I thought TJ was floating beautifully. Good to see the younger guys not looking out of their depth.

On the other hand, DM looks hesitant, lacks composure. While it is early days, I have my doubts.

ND and Houston looked a step above, as to be expected, and Cameron looks sublime.

Do you know what's up with Parker?

Harrison is moving really well. I wonder if it was small tear and will be back sooner than expected.
