Generally have something at home before I leave.
usually a shake. If not, some toast or cereal. Depending how much time I have or in the mood for.
Post training, some of us head to the cafe at aami park for a toastie and a drink. I generally get a hot chocolate. Or I head into the city for some sushi.

They're what is served in heaven. When I was living overseas and returning to Australia for holidays, I used to aim for 3 a week. Sometimes pissed, sometimes sober - I must always look pissed though, because they never breathalised me.

Scheduled my wed chiropractor around training on weds. Generally its 10am, but I was like... uhh, do you have a later appointment lol

I think everyone in town will be there day 1, but not sure if you want all the senior guys in the training every day. I would have thought part of it is for younger guys to feel like they belong and get some confidence without being schooled by the senior guys. There's plenty of time for that.

Last time I was in full pissed mode in the city I got one with a side of chips and I was that blown away by it I sent photos of it to the wife at 2.30am when I was back in the room we were staying at. She didn’t even reply to it the next morning as expected

Yup, let the younger kids take over. This will be their team soon enough. This year will be more like a change of the guard with you'd expect a number of players to retire end of next year. So it's time for some kids to make their mark.
