Haha so little knowledge. Hansen is by far our most important player. Heck id trade ya Daniel Kerr before Ash Hansen (or in other words neither). Hes the workhorse your team doesnt have. His finals stats speak for themselves.
LOL

You'd rather trade Kerr over Hansen ...

.. and then you accuse me of having little knowledge ?

... Goodnight Embers.

We both know Hansen is a spud of a CHF and more importantly - so does the footballing public.

LOL @ trying to justify Hansens insipid performances with "finals stats"

Hansen is more important to our team structure then Kerr. He aint a better player but the stats of win/loss with Hansen playing dont lie. Hansen is the ultimate team player. Sacrifices his game/stats to help out everyone else in the forward line. Hes a good player who doesnt get the respect he deserves

Are people this stupid?

You think Carlton would even CONSIDER this trade for 1 second? They would laugh at it.

Even McDonald & Moody wouldn't be close.

HAHAHAHAHAHA MAN U SHOULD READ BEFORE YOU TYPE!!!!

This thread is not on just fevola, there are 10000 ones on that. Quigs is a very smart poster, and was talking about BRAD MILLER

What would Melb want for Miller? Seems very out of favour at the moment.

I was thinking maybe straight up for McDonald or Moody.

Not sure how other teams rate him, but I'd imagine some teams wouldn't go near him while others might be interested. IMO he can't play with his back to goal so he has to be turned into a backman to make it and some teams might think he has enough potential to warrant gambling on.

Maybe a second round pick? From Brisbane specifically maybe someone like Moody, Drummond or Scott Harding?

Drummond>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Moody, Harding and a second round pick put together, Joshy is going nowhere. Although Moody for Miller i'd probably be happy with.

If we chucked in a pick do you think Cameron Wood is a chance to be traded?
It would have to be a 1st round pick. It is unlikely that Wood will be traded unless he wanted to be.

He is a first rounder who was bottomed aged, so is taking a few years to get his body right to challenge as a Ruckman...he will be very very good!

The problem Embers is he is never on the park. I agree that he is very important to you guys though.

I think there is a big chance that one of the rucks is going to be traded at the end of the year. Wood wouldn't be the favourite to be traded given that we have put in three years into him and he is just starting to find his feet. At the moment he probably doesn't have the kind of market value he is likely to have next year after he starts to assert himself.

On the guys you mentioned - there is no chance that Drummond would be traded at the moment. He has looked very good at the back for us and is looking like a key element of the team going forward. Harding is a local guy and apparently is a very proud Lion player. He is progressing fairly well and I think the Lions would want to give him another year. Moody seems out of favour at the moment and would be my tip to be traded. He is young and a very good runner and gets enough of the ball but his big weakness to date has been his use of the ball. His disposal needs to improve if he is going to be a 100 game player at AFL level. He has some talent though.

If Brisbane did manage to pick up Miller I am confident they would be looking at seeing how he played at the back. Brown, Bradshaw, Clark and Tyler are all likely to get a fair bit of time at KPF but we are still looking for someone to step up at CHB and I think they might look for someone like Miller to come in and give some depth if nothing else.

Kangaroos need to trade: Leigh brown, trotter, leigh harding (when fit), kasey green. Jess sinclair has done nothing wrong but might have decent trade value.

dont get me wrong he racks up possies and plays a lot of minutes but he never really affects a game in any way. A bit like lucas as he has no apparent right foot but he cant dob em from 60.

Would be more than happy to keep him at the club but i can see many clubs being interested in particular maybe adelaide.

Andrew Krakouer headed back to Perth to either the Dockers or Eagles. Tigers probably get a player back whose not playing senior football. Its not a big trade;)

Jay Schulz is also likely to be headed to Port Adelaide- dont know what the return would be. ;)

why would freo or wc want krakouer. he hasn't got a chance in hell of making either of those sides

Mitch Morton is a certanty to be traded by the eagles, he has only played 3 games this year and wants a fair go and lets face it hes never gunna get a run with the likes of judd, kerr, priddas, embley, braun and cousin when he comes back. Another big draw card is his brother Jared is already based in Melbourne and the way its looking at the moment Cale his younger brother who has stared at the national carnival so far will probaly head east aswell so theres not much to stay for unless he likes playing for claremont

I wouldn't mind Morton, has quality kicking and tackling skills, doesn't loose his feet and IMO is a better version of Dale Thomas. If he wants to play midfield he should come to Freo! :p

Carlton would be happy with be going deep to get anyone in any position. Especially defenders and rucks. I say Robert Warnock for 3rd round pick or a defender or also another fremantle boy in rog hayden for paul bower plus a 4th rounder.

NO,
hurn is a fantastic prospect and seaby is one of the top back up ruckman in the league for a club which has dwindling ruck stocks.

I would consider Graham, Rosa and a 2nd or 3rd pick for fev. If he had a desire to leave, u should take what you can get.
AHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA
carlton would tell you to piss off

why do people think that duds from other teams are "trade bait", if a player cant get a place in your best 22 you would be lucky to get a high second round pick for them

Williams from hawthorn could be one, or maybe tayler due to our depth and if we promote mcentree

Is Warnock likely to be struggling for a game in three years behind any rucks we've drafted? ;)

The Dockers would never entertain trading him and he's too inexperienced to come in and play every game.

Who is Roger Hayden?

Huge no to trading Bower and a fourth rounder for Hayden.

Bower is a promising player and will start hitting his straps right about the time Hayden is cut. Hayden will be too old by the time we're playing finals, Bower is young enough to be a part of it.

warnock is an impressive young ruckman. there is no way you would get him for a third rounder.

it would take at least a top 20 pick for sure

Jamie Charman would go a long way to solving our ruck problems for next year. Maybe a late first round pick??

Kidding yourself.

He is a Queensland local with family and business ties to Brisbane. Not only that but he is probably worth every bit as much as Brad Ottens was when Geelong drafyed him. minimum of two 1st round picks

People are hugely over rating Fev. He is going to be 27 by the start of next season and comes with a lot of baggage. He doesn't seem like the most dedicated type either, so I couldn't see him playing more than another 3-4 years (if he isn't sacked by his club).

Guys like Rosa and Hurn will be quality players for another 10 years, and the value of top 30 draft picks these days is enormous.
