I remember in the 90's Uni Blacks were relegated 3 years on the trot whilst their reserves were almost unbeatable winning a couple of flags.

Then Parko took over, told anyone who only wanted to play 2s or 3s "with their mates" to not bother coming until March, and Blacks started marching up the grades again.

The Wilson/Parkin combo was fantastic. It was there way or the highway. People jumped on board. Ray was impossible not to follow.
