Poor Peggy....she comes out of this looking insipid. Tough words when the scandal first surfaced, but then backs off when reminded of the repercussions.
Yeah, having an inappropriate picture of her sent around Australia, that'll teach her.......

I think the only important thing for the club / league to do now is just provide credible assurance regarding the probity of the matter - ie that no payment in cash or kind and no coercion or influence of any kind was used to attempt to get the complaint withdrawn, altered or managed differently.
Obviously if such a reassurance could not be honestly given it would be a bigger scandal than the original one.

I didn't mention the picture getting around I am talking about her allowing 'as she has said' for someone to take a nude of her in the first place. She may think twice before allowing that to happen. She should have thought about it even if it wasn't sent around. Why put yourself in such a vunetable position with a one night stand. It's actually stupidity. I'm in no way victim shaming. Yes Peggy, Richmond and Jack Reiwoldt have been shown up to be prize hypocrites, lacking in credibility. Full of sanctimony, outrage and fine words when Eddie made his stupid gaffe about one of their own, Caroline Wilson.
Very belated and muted reaction from Peggy, the club and none at all from Reiwoldt when this disgraceful episode and Chopstick Gate blew up. They've now just buried it in another Richmond internal club whitewash.

Eddie has got off very lightly from the boys club with the Adam Goodes king kong & then the Harry O chimp followed by all the indigenous boys saying that there is a culture of racism within the club.. Eddie has been dismissive of the claims and media has left it all alone. If it happened at any other club heads would roll.
Maybe they can add this to their special round themes!

Tigers and AFL will both totally ignore this incident from now or provide a minimal comment stating after investigating the player involved has been warned and some education taken... Blah, blah. Hope she got a payout commensurate to the assets involved.

That's not how it's meant to work after winning a premiership - usually the club charges the punters a few dollars to have their photo taken with the spoils, not the other way around ???

Rubbish! McGuire was flayed for months on end from pillar to post. Publicly accused of being everything under the sun. Racist, encouraging violence against women etc, etc, etc. Certainly nothing like the 2 whitewashes the RFC indulged in. Their spokesperson says “ investigations still underway”.
