So if you look for next week (26 players) taking into account known outs.If you assume that the best 18 is
Hawkins
Stanley
Stewart
SDK
Blitz
Danger
Duncan
Cuthrie
Jezza
JHenry
Smith
Holmes
Close
Stengle
Miers
Atkins
Bews
Tuohy
Then you basically have
Rohan
Kolo
Zuthrie
Parfitt
Bruhn
Bowes
O Henry
Neale
Menegola
Ceglar (backup for stanley/blitz)
Sav (backup for kolo/j henry)
Moc
Dempsey
Simpson
Clark
Fighting for your last 5 or so spots.
So if you look for next week (26 players) taking into account known outs.
We take our Henry and Hawkins from your 18 to get 16 players
I think the seven ”certainties” include Henry, Bowes (if not injured) Zuthrie, Bruhn, Menegola, Sav, Cegs to get you to the 23.
Now need 3 more.
I think Kolo and Parf get picked…
Last spot They will play Rohan if available (otherwise no game before round 1) - if not Dempsey becomes the pick
Now potentially Duncan and Rohan don’t get up and maybe Bowes has a niggle. So hard to know
Looks to be sold out only holds 8k they must have thought they were building to cater for NRL crowds LOLMy brother is in Brizzy but is not on BigFooty. Anyone know how to get entry? Is it sold out?
On one hand I agree. As CS said yesterday it would be cool to go into a season blind as a supporter and be surprised (either way)These games don't have a point anymore (as compared to the past). I don't know why they just don't start the H&A season two weeks early and just start playing for points from the getgo.
I reckon they have put a line through Sav as a forward.Im hoping that they keep Sav in the back line.
With no Cameron (maybe), Hawkins, Scratcher, Henry they could be tempted to swing him back forward.
But a full game in defence, and improving on his last outing, will have him a certainty for RD 1 I reckon.
Hopefully the surgery can stop the reoccurrences best to do it now and come back strongerFrom personal experience feet issues are an absolute bastard when it comes to Aussie rules. Can rehab 6 months, train the house down then one awkward landing (in a sport full of awkward landings) and it can be right back to square one. I feel for Jack. But better now than mid or late season.

Forwards | Tyson Stengle | Gary Rohan | Gryan Miers |
Followers | Rhys Stanley | Cameron Guthrie | Tanner Bruhn |

Yeah Stanley will spend a bit of time forward and danger will be one out for a bit of the game as well I reckon.I reckon we see Stanley, Blicavs & Ceglar down there at times
Yeah Stanley will spend a bit of time forward and danger will be one out for a bit of the game as well I reckon.
At training Stengle was piggy backing on Miers shoulders. They might test a new prototype hybrid forward structure where two short people secretly combine to confuse the defenders and create one. Chris Scott said we'll try different things.
They will but I reckon only a minority of time (unless it gets embarrassing). They will set Rohan and Henry a task to crash the packs and maybe even Ollie d to play a bit more hybrid.I reckon we see Stanley, Blicavs & Ceglar down there at times
