Hutch being 4 years older than bo and 3 years older than hall I would say he is the front runner .Do you reckon he's a good chance being ahead of Hall or Hutchinson for a game?
Probably pretty hard to tell at this stage.
I feel Hutch or Hall are better fits to balance our midfield but Allan is probably closer to what Yeo is
Freo reportedly offered Baker 4mill over 5 years to be part of the Bolton trade for their 3 firsts last season .Was under the impression it was a lot less than 900k per season. Where do those figures come from?
Be interesting to see if they play it before the Richmond game or in between the 2 preseason games.Probably fair to say we will see an internal practice match towards the end of next week.
Non of those guys are big bodied midsOh come on......
He a massive bees dick taller than that monster inside mid Caleb Serong (1cm) and only 4cm shorter than Andy Brayshaw.
And I'm not lying through my teeth (andy's jealous) by pointing out that he weighs less than either of them.
Honestly his kicking isn't anywhere near good enough to be a rebounding defender so if he is playing defence like it has been stated then what is his role ?
Just out of curiosity have you actually watched any of Bakers highlights ??Do you feel bad that we paid 900k a year and pick 14 for a back pocket ?
Such a stupid post that one ahaha. Unless you’re a seagull flanker that gets a ton of ball, it can be have its challenges on your body. Shep/waters were tough as nails and got smashed (even bunga). Key talls literally wrestle blokes for majority of the gameJust visited a mate in hospital - still recovering from a car accident and experiencing a lot of lingering soreness and is fed up with the pain. Doctor has recommended he pursues a career as an AFL defender to help speed up his recovery.
Better yet I've seen him play so I've seen all of what he does not just the good bits.Just out of curiosity have you actually watched any of Bakers highlights ??
For 900k a year he better be .Cripes,, I haven’t sensed such hatred in a player since …
Baker is an upgrade on any of our small to medium defenders outside of Hough

Not when Baker ages out and the others all flop. 5 years none will be on the list.Baker, Allan(projected top 10 pick), Gross and Graham(wouldnt have come without Baker) is a decent result for pick 3
Yep. All those broken ribs, concussions, etc our backmen incur are obviously just because they're big ol' softies.Just visited a mate in hospital - still recovering from a car accident and experiencing a lot of lingering soreness and is fed up with the pain. Doctor has recommended he pursues a career as an AFL defender to help speed up his recovery.
So if he is also a slow what does he offer ?Grahams close to 10cm shorter and about 10kgs lighter than Yeo. He ain’t a big bodied mid
We paid the same if not more salary and draft picks that Collingwood paid for Houston and Geelong for bailey Smith.Looks like it’s going to pretty easy to go fishing, no need to get the gaff, he brings his own.
You can think that if you want. Not when Baker ages out and the others all flop. 5 years none will be on the list.
Perryman is on 900k at Collingwood. Baker is better than PerrymanWe paid the same if not more salary and draft picks that Collingwood paid for Houston and Geelong for bailey Smith.
Those 2 are or could be genuine A graders .
Baker is no A grader and never will be
Sounds like someone is a cushy flanker that's never stood in the holeBackline is the easiest position to play for your body .
HFF is probably the hardest in terms of unrewarded running and inside mid hardest in terms body on body
Well that's the best possible outcome. You can think that if you want.
Allan will be entrenched in our starting midfield and Gross will be our new Cripps at hff roaming up to stoppages
Drew was injured. A lot. Is much harder than Hall who is more of a Stanton type.Hutch being 4 years older than bo and 3 years older than hall I would say he is the front runner .
Hutch also 92kgs which bodes well for a physical role .
Clay hall reminds me very much of wilem drew from Port. Picked around the same stage of the draft groomed to play that inside extractor role which is physically demanding. Drew didn't play any meaningful on ball time until his 4th season after he developed in the lower league
Well you came up with the worst possible outcomeWell that's the best possible outcome.
Lol, strong disagreeBut Allan is a much worse Ginbey, and Gross is a much worse Long if used that way.
It's the lowlights that are concerning.Just out of curiosity have you actually watched any of Bakers highlights ??
Guilty,Well you came up with the worst possible outcome
Lol, strong disagree
