Based on what I've just been told, its certainly NOT Kookaburra lol, its far better. Stay loose.
Sure, but the onfield, especially the traditional stripe jumper, has been better than anything we've seen since 1985.Yeah I had hoped for some good things from Puma but the off field stuff has been at an all time low the last few years.

Never visited the footy jumper/ graphic design board I see. Them’s fightin’ words over there. It's really not that hard though. No pinstripes and blue on white, hardly a van gogh
And yet every supplier since polyester prints arrived has not been able to do as good a job as Puma. It's really not that hard though. No pinstripes and blue on white, hardly a van gogh
I'll give Puma credit for the jersey, the traditional striped jersey was a stunner, especially the Royal Blue, it was very vibrant to really stood out.And yet every supplier since polyester prints arrived has not been able to do as good a job as Puma.

It's interesting that you bring up the 70's because for a majority of the decade we had pinstripes, and a majority of those on the board hate pinstripes, possibly because the last time wore them (2020/21) the pin stripe was way too thick.Yes and the stripe width and placement highlighted the vibrant colour of royal blue and was key to returning our home strip to the bold and powerful look of the 1970s.
I actually like it. The navy is a bit more discrete - I don't want to wear bright blue necessarily.Be interested to see the sales of this years Carlton knock off merch.

Anyway from 1959 to 1972 we had pinstripes, and they returned in 1976 until 1980.
More a bike lane than a pinstripe. The pinstripe in 2020/21 was designed by someone who had never seen a pinstripe in their life.
The stripe in the middle was more of a pinstripeMore a bike lane than a pinstripe.

Mizuno would be coolDidn't somebody post "M..." in this thread a bit earlier?
It will be interesting to see how the AFLW kits evolve when they are not all contracted out to one supplier with the same cookie cutter design parameters.Update on the transition to Kookaburra. Puma are still contracted for next year so speaking to Kookaburra yesterday they are coming in for the 2026!season and be doing both men's and women's
