I'm as surprised as you. I know a few of the boys from their Broady days. I hear Wichlinski is a stand out, not sure who he is

Makes for a very interesting match up next week. Bond vs Swans
 
Wandered down to the ippy vs bond game, was a game of 2 halves. Ippy up by about 5 goals 40-9 at half time then apparently a few bond senior players were late and they looked a different outfit in the last half and just dominated. Got some fast players, seem well drilled but once again just a pre-season game. Anyone going to watch Pine Rivers vs Bond next week?
 
Well boys unless Beenleigh have a ton of players hidden away somewhere taking a long off season then they are in for a world of pain. Wynnum smashed them even though they were rotating a heap of ressies through as well.

Havent read this thread for a month but thought i'd set the record straight upon reading some of the bullshit on here. Peanut and SMY, I dont know where you get your " common knowledge" from, but, I can tell you "first hand" that only 2 players were paid at beenleigh in 2013 and their payments were fuel money only--- and Ash Templar wasnt one of those players. He joined us in round 4 and played for free that year! If you want to post crap, make sure you can back it up with the truth!

Whilst where on the topic of truth and honesty, how are the Buffs really traveling this year, do they have the numbers to field two teams?

Rubbish stop patronizing me haha I gave more free kicks away then I had kicks hahaha .

And I think 14 goal lead was a bit off the mark. But the kings are a good side run hard both ways and great foot skills hope they have a good year. There coach seems like a good guy and has a group of good young guys.

Twinkle toes .. come on are you serious that not 1 single player got match payments in 2013 at buffs ? I'm struggling to believe this but I've been wrong before.

Whats up Hoff, don't you think I am a credible witness here? Let me tell you again, against our Senior team it was all one way traffic for the first half. Don't think our backs hardly touched the ball in a half of footy. At half time we replaced 85 percent of the team to give our ressie guys a run. I really do not think the buffs replaced their starting side as there were not that many guys there. The second half got very scrappy, lot of new guys in our ressies, but it was probably fairly even until the umpires stopped the game abruptly due to the storm.

No banner between the 2 was just shuts and giggles. As for our game yesterday Wynnum were very good and moved the ball well expecting big things from them seem too have recruited well. As for us the 2nd half was better then the 1st
