What a fascinating watch - seeing people turn on one of their own after they suffered a couple of injuries in service to their club. I wonder if it’s some kind psychological exercise to see how many people will jump on. To the point where now things are being obviously fabricated like bad turnovers, not chasing, low effort, poor 1 on 1. These things aren’t real.

We have access to all the games these days - show us these examples, even just time codes when they occurred. But we both know that’s not going to happen.

I've been consistent in my appraisal of him since he was recruited. I'm not making anything up in hindsight.

Yeah I'm not that passionate about the topic to go scroll through all his games for you. You can do that yourself.

Haha, the catchcry of ‘angry young white man on the internet’. If you’re going to make outlandish claims, it’s on you to prove them.

Feel like Hinge is far more consistent and damaging when he’s playing behind the ball rather than the wing, seems like he gets a bit lost when pushing too high up the ground. He shouldn’t have been moved to accommodate Laird.
The wing is a harder position to play - but Hinge is a good option at half back because he also can offer some value as an interceptor.

Probably looking at something like this entering the draft/preseason

B: Max Michaelanny - Nick Murray - Mark Keane
HB: Issac Cummins - Josh Worrell - Mitch Hinge
C: Lachie Sholl - Jordan Dawson - Billy Dowling
HF: Alex Neal-Bullen - Riley Thilthorpe - Ben Keays
FF: Josh Rachele - Darcy Fogarty - Tex Walker
R: Riley O'Brien - Jake Soligo - Isak Rankine
INT: Daniel Curtin - Luke Nankervis - James Peatling - Matt Crouch - Rory Laird (sub)

I'm not including pick 4 in this lineup at this point. Equally, I can't imagine Laird isn't in our round 1 best 22, but something has to give for Peatling and Soligo is likely ready to push for a number 2-3 midfielder role.

Helmet on.
You get slammed around here if you mention TT in the mids.
Have been calling him as a tapping midfielder since his draft .
Came across Riley at Adelaide High School in his draft year and asked him
what position he prefers forward or ruck.
Big smile “ midfield hopefully”.

Finally some similar thinking. One year left .

how do you not know that you're the 'angry young white man' in your discussion.
There's strong clues. Identity aside, I'm not the one making outlandish, inaccurate claims and asking other people to prove them. But you would've known that had you read the exchange instead of just choosing to take the obvious smart arse line.

Where's Murphy? You know he'll be there come round 1 even though we don't want him there.

Selecting a player who downright refuses to touch the ball in fourth quarters as sub is hilarious. And they’d do it too
Im not saying I would, or want to, but I reckon its the only spot available to him.

Especially if guys like Pedlar and Edwards have good pre-seasons.
