This year is very frustrating, the weaknesses of the younger players in the 22 who are developing are being exascerbated by our ageing vets becoming physical liabilities.

It's the lack of consistency that is a problem for me, we can have a phenomenal game one week but we end up with an absolute stinker the next.

I think we depend on midfield dominance to play well and it doesn't always happen.

There’s absolute no guarantee the side eventually “gets it” as it matures - which every one’s just seems to assume, especially club heirachy

I refuse to believe that Erasmus would add less than Walters and O'Meara. O'Meara is just painfully slow and has no agility. He has a quick accurate handball and can stick a tackle but so often he's left in no man's land vaguely applying pressure because everyone is faster than him to the ball.
