Rachele did a couple of worrying things, but I think he can be corrected without going to the 2s unless he’s physically cooked. In which case, he’d get a proper rest, not a spell of suburban footy.
I thought we were good in patches but kept out of it to half time. 3rd quarter a debacle. I’m not that unhappy though, get rid of Billy and ROB as a starting point.

74 inside 50’s.. yep, 70 ****n 4!!.. a record for carlton!.
if that doesnt say something about just how utterly deplorable our midfield is I don't know what does. and I thought Berry was our best mid. Laird and Keays are junk.. hately is b-grade at best. what ****n defense can withstand such an onslaught?
our poor forwards and defenders having to deal with that disgraceful display.
Absolutely hilarious seeing people beating up on our forwards and defenders over that. delusions aplenty.

I’m so sad. My first Mother’s Day without my boy (lives in Melbourne now). So ****ing frustrated with the umpiring. It just absolutely belts your spirit out of you.
I thought the only good players were Dawson, Berry, Jones and Walker. Hately did a couple of good things but got killed by Cripps (I don’t blame him, I blame Burns for not moving him).
Our midfield was diabolical and that impacted on a young defence (and an inept Frampton). Make at least six changes next week.

Fog, yes Fog in for Hberg. And have him Ruck like SPP does for Port.
Sounds like Thilthorpe not ready/fit. He would be my first pick instead of Fog.
None of that solves the massive issue of not having a true second KPD. It should be McAsey, but I do think if he makes it, it will be as a forward.

I couldn’t disagree any more. I thought the captaincy ruined his game.
I thought Rachele's "worrying things," were what the coaches have been talking about. When the game slips away, players feel pressured to "do too much," and take the game on rather than playing their role/following the system. Didn't mind it, but he should've definitely taken a couple of safer options (eg. passing to Cook)
That was painful, doesn't feel like there is much to look forward to at the moment.

So O’Brien has 38 hitouts and we win the hit-outs 46-22 and yet we lose by 8 goals.
We should be getting first use of the ball and yet we don’t.
How the **** does that happen?

Yep they will have all their players back of course and will see the Crows as their best chance of a win. Players back and will play like the Harlem globetrotters.

I never rant about umpires but **** me.
And listening to derrwayne putting the derr into derrwayne was excruciating. And bloody Eddie Betts can do one too - not a good word to say about us the whole time and listening to him you’d never know we had anything to do with him
Liked Hamills last quarter. Saw occasional glimpses from Hately & Jones too.
But our defensive structures fell apart, and witches hats might have allowed less I50’s to Carlton. At times they did
