I'm onto you, I see what you are up too.

Talking yourselves down and the opposition up. Somehow I don't think coaching staff have the same opinion.

Neither Freo or WC want to play the Hawks at the MCG.
Umm yeah we will beat the hawks at home in a final.
Rather we beat them in the first week and have a week off, thenplay them when it is do or die.

The meme mentions the G, not me. Games happening at Subi. **** the Vics and their million games a year they play where the grand final is played.

OMG my bad. For some reason I keep thinking you are a Hawks supporter (I think its the yellow in your avatar) and was replying from that perspective.

Na your right.

Eagles squiggle has come a long way this season
Eagles would have to be premiership favourites now. Most organised team in the competition, it is ridiculous how well the team has stood up. You could almost open a West Coast 'back to back' market right now.

Based on what? Definitely not the squiggle (Hawks), our current position (Freo) , our current form (North), our finals in(experience) (any of Sydney/Freo/Hawks) or our record against the other top 4 sides (Hawks).

Unless Freo have completely blown their load, we'll have to meet your vibrant, and extremely organised lot at Subi. This time Nic Nat is playing, and we saw what a mobile ruckman can do to our lumbering forces. The thing that impressed more than anything when we played in Perth was how the your backline withstood repeated attack over long periods of the game. Most teams would have capitulated, but your structures are currently elite, and so it stood up. The squiggle is good for giving a general idea, but the squiggle can't predict form slumps and the effects of growing confidence.

Fremantle are certainties to beat Hawthorn in week 1 and then off to a home Preliminary Final in Perth and that will guarantee them a spot in the Grand Final. The Eagles will win the 2015 Premiership against the Dockers at the MCG quite convincingly.

Fremantle will get humiliated by West Coast on October 3.

Final Siren - One thing I don't get.
Why does the forecast have North Melbourne winning 93-92 over the Bulldogs this week, but a 92-92 Elimination final?

I thought the algorithm just took home state into account. How does this get different results?

Fremantle wouldnt get within 6 goals of the hawks

McGovern getting injured during the game was a turning point (our backline kind of collapsed after he went down....)
Similarly, our backline collapsed against Freo last week (when Schofield got injured) - but fortunately, we had enough of a lead to hang on
It's hard for anything to predict slumps/confidence, plus so much can change between now and the finals, especially the pointy end of the finals
We were in a form slump too. Drew to GC, lost to your mob
In fact, North are now the form team at the moment

You won there the other day :p hawks can win anywhere anytime

No way would we win against West Coast in Perth. I know we beat them a few weeks ago but they we missing Natanui who would've won it for the Eagles if he had of played.

I'd say Hawthorn has a better chance against Fremantle over there if we play close to our best, but West Coast on the other hand with Natanui back are a whole lot tougher to beat then Fremantle.

Yeah they are better than freo

Hawks still the team to beat

Hawks eagles grand final, one of you may need to go via a semi though

Agree with this. If Haw/WC do meet in Week 1 of the finals, I'd back the loser to win the semi and then the prelim against a rested Freo or Sydney. Similar to the two WC/Sydney GFs in 2005/6 where the best teams were drawn against each other in week 1.

Agree, cream will rise

Hawks experience will be telling, but if eagles get them week one and force them into another game in for s prelim it might get interesting

I think hawks are still way ahead personally, not changing based on one week of games
