Spent a few hours down the beach with my best little mate before the hordes arrive. Nothing like some time regulated sunburn, plenty of skim ball classic catches and sand kicked through the house! House was wonderfully cold thanks to our lectric sucking aircon, a few beers in watching the cricket, tacos for dinner and some Test Match cricket once the dishes are done.

I went out to San Telmo for dinner last night, absolutely delicious. Imo chimichurri has garlic herb butter covered. I bought a couple of jars of it from them, I’ve tried to make it myself using a recipe given to me by one of my mates who is Argentinian, but mine always comes out a bit soupy
