Biden is suffering from dementia, or some other disease that’s causing a rapid cognitive decline…I know you refuse to accept that and still think he’s mentally capable of being president.

But in reality, he’s not capable of making decisions. The choice to pardon that judge would have been made by DNC officials.

For all his flaws RFKjr doesn't actively deny people treatment they think they have paid for at the worst possible time in their in their lives.
