I understand you wholly believe everyone who goes on Joe Rogan and Shawn Ryan's podcasts, but unfortunately these people are frequently proven to be... unreliable.

What was she wrong about? She even predicted that there was an imminent terrorist threat but was ignored, then the New Orleans attack happened and everyone wanted to talk to her.

Dismiss her all you want, but she was right. Once a spook always a spook

Look, I know you don't have a strong grasp on the history, but abandoning Afghanistan in the aftermath of the Soviet invasion and not making any attempts to rebuild the country is kind of what led to the Taliban's rise to power to begin with.

If you want me to argue that 'foreign aid is bad', you're going to be sorely disappointed.

As I said, I dearly wish the Taliban weren't the ruling power in Afghanistan. But their presence doesn't eliminate the need for basic support around things like education, healthcare, infrastructure, and food.

I’m literally obsessed with history crazypills

Hang on. She had advanced info about New Orleans?

The Taliban rise to power was a direct result of Saudi supporting the anti-Soviet jihad in Afghan, it happened straight after 1979 seizure of the Grand Mosque in Mecca, had nothing to do with America as such but rather Saudi Kingdom attempting to keep hold of the monarchy by appeasing the religious sectors.
Where do you think all the fundamentalists came from, especially when Afghan was one of the most secular and peaceful countries in the region only a decade or so before the war. It was part of the hippie trail.

That ignores the significant part that America played; they armed and trained the Mujahideen in Afghanistan to fight against the Soviet invasion.

Then once the Soviets were repelled, instead of committing to aid the reconstruction they just... left. And the now well-armed and well-trained Afghan soldiers evolved into the first version of the Taliban.

It's normal to criticise the party in power. Particularly when they are doing a shouse job

So by this logic, we should expect to see a lot of Trump/MAGA criticism from these posters in the next four years, right?

I won't hold my breath... I suggest you don't either.

You're ignoring where the fundamentalist religion/ideology was imported from and only acknowledging the direct action.

ie why giving rebels guns without exploring who you're arming is a bad idea. I notice this is basic mistake you keep making.

When it comes to MAGA, the person IS the system.
No, the system enables him to become a dictator.
without the system in place there can never be.
the system was set up prior, stuff we've been complaining about for decades. its only now, you're taking notice because of the individual.
Id rather burn the system down, so the next trump will never exist.

Spooks job is to lie, that's literally their MO.

I wouldn't trust one

you're focused on the person, not the system..

You’re the guy who said Trudeau can never walk alone yeah?

Sort of, she had intel that a terrorist attack was imminent and tried to let people know, but was ignored.

She had prior intel on a lone-wolf and unaffiliated attacker?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm I have doubts.

Yeah I hope trump gets the same treatment at the end of his term and people stop saying if only we voted for the other guy things would've been different..

Then why are you so constantly confused?

I’m not. That’s just something you’ve made up. Just like me being a trump supporter and pro Russia.

If you’re referring to me posting accounts that you think are Russian propaganda, well I’m not exactly going to get the other side of the story if I just follow people that I agree with and live in an echo chamber like yourself.

For example, yeah I posted that tweet from Sprinter that according to SIT, was translated incorrectly, but it’s still true that tension is building between Israel and Turkey.

Truth be told, I love ancient history for the most part.

Before you started to engage in this discussion, I would ask questions about what is happening, because I know that I don’t know everything, but I have a thirst for learning as I was ignorant for most of my life, so I’d have conversations with SLF, Ferbs, DR, Bojan etc and we’d discuss the topics in a friendly manner, even when we strongly disagreed.

Then you turned up, arrogant and patronising, talking down to people and you just bring out the worst in people.

Tbh, I hate getting sucked into your bullshit, because you are incapable of being civil, or seeing nuance, and absolutely never admit when you’re wrong.

You call us bullies, but mate, have you ever wondered why it’s always you getting into arguments? I have had multiple disagreements with all those guys, but it always stays respectful.

But you’re different, you’re a bit of a dick, your mannerisms just annoy everyone who tries to have a conversation with you.

Think about it, if you’re the common denominator for the bitching and arguing, maybe, just maybe can’t you see that you are the problem?
