Yep but you need a deep pan pizza tray.
What you do is cook the pizza base in the tray whilst in the oven.
Then take the pizza base out of the tray add the topping and place back in the oven without the tray.

I haven't tried it yet because I'm obsessed with making the perfect Neapolitan pizza dough.
It can be a long process and I'm still way off getting it right.
