Once again, making the finals would be great but it could have put a false impression on the hierarchy that we are actually decent and big changes do not need to be made..

I'm sick of watching these pathetic performances week after week and I'm excited to see what we do this off season.

Also, no Judd, Garlett, Walker, Kreuzer, Mclean and Carrazzo made a big difference.

I didn't say that. I'll gladly put money into a struggling, piss poor team. I put money into the club, much much more than my membership from 2002 through to 2007 until doing so was simply an impossibility. I did so again after returning home to Australia in the 2010 season through now. I'm talking thousands upon thousands of dollars more than a simple membership package, merchandise or tickets to club functions. Don't take the high moral ground on me in this one. I know for a fact that I've dumped money into the club.

I demand heart and effort. Neither of which I got tonight and both of which have come into question all too much this season.

Buying a membership doesn't mean that the club wont see money from me. They doubtlessly will.

After 30+ years as a carlton supporter I can't think of a time when I have been more embarrassed and disappointed with this team...that includes the dark days of the early mid 2000s.

Way too many soft, unskilled and mentally fragile players in this team, we aren't going anywhere! I hate to say it but we need a total rebuild...at least a dozen guys running around pretending to be footy players. Time to earn your money mick!

Straight forward really, we recruited players who lacked these qualities and have little development processes in place to improve these area's.

We must beat Port next week, or the Kangas must lose to the Pies. Essendon must lose their points. And we must win our first final at a minimum. This is the only series of events that would salvage the season for me.

And to all the posters asking why we didn't shift Waite with Hendo - I'm with you. They're ****ing swingmen for a reason.
