One of the interesting things this quarter is watching the players around the ground, especially at ball ups - they're bouncing around, looking eager & ready for the ball to get back into play

There's a readiness & enthusiasm that I haven't really seen in earlier games

They are hunting the footy again.
First half was sitting back being the hunted.
Need to finish the game out now.

Amazing how reverting to what worked last year is effective. Pace on the ball, hard working forwardline that opens up space and direct entries into the 50 that don't have 40 odd handballs and sideways passes before it's out inside 50.
