We're we'd be without Jezza.

Should have won the MVP last year and really should be in front this year too.

Best player in the comp by the length of the Flemington straight.

At least we've managed to shove the gearstick into first. But by jeez, by jingo, by crikey our skills are absolutely horrible. Some of these blokes who were golden last year can't even execute a basic handball.

I’m a huge umpire hater at the best of times, when we’re going well. Trying to look beyond that, I think a feature from last year that’s sticking out to me is that in 2022 the team were awesome at scoring from turnovers. So far this year, opposition seem to have no hassles in moving from defence to forward 50. Someone much smarter than me will be able to have input, but does this go back to pressure put on by midfielders and forwards, to create the turnovers?
Anyway, can’t believe it’s only 1 point after being so crap. Thank Christ for Cameron.

Guthrie 2 touches in 1/4 playing MF.

Aint gonna get it done.
