This "desire" to get the most picks in the top 20 is what's killing our club. We did the same thing when we got Murphy/Gibbs/Kruez... and what good did that do? We can have all the top picks in the draft but if we can't develop them properly, have a shit culture of being lazy, then what good are they?

What I'd like to see is playing those who are worth persisting with, even if they're kids. None of this throwing games crap, there should be an attitude of going into every game and trying to win. I don't give a **** if it costs us a few places higher in the draft, that's not how you build work ethic and a winning culture.
