All the "medicinal" he's had over the years.
He's basically smoked meat at this point.
The two coke and amphetamine heads went quite early. Kris from what I recalled a while back stopped a lot of the hard stuff early. Think all the weed Willie’s smoked, he actually been “preserved” alive
