If he was paddling the first thing he would have done is exactly what Mini has done. Tapped Dusty on the shoulder and said need you on the midfield mate. He also wouldn’t have taken the hardline against Cumbo.
Hard to debut players when most of them were sitting on the injury list.
When you lose several games in a row there’s ample opportunities to change the mix , I don’t think anyone could say dimma was coaching for the future with one debutant in 10R whilst only winning 3 games , looked more like he was trying to hang on clutching at ways. I mean ffs he left cumbo out of r1 , he avg 2g a game last year when we were highest scoring side. I was one of dimmas staunchest Allie’s but I won’t have that he was coaching for the future ,,, he admitted as much when he pulled the pin after watching last dance

You just make it up as you go along.
What rubbish.
You’re late today? What kept you so long as I thought you would of heard all the noise from home and quickly rushed over? Great to see your amazing input with little substance relating to the post . Just another variation of your trolling and fanboy ball cupping.
Move on as this is about a new coach and not about Dimma. If you want more of Dimma go to his Twitter page.

The midfield chemistry was poor ,any boofhead could see that TT, hop, and pres wasnt a great mix . I’ll credit mini and lambo for some common sense in employing our best assets there
Yes and no Bo as players were playing out of position, no CHF really being played as Nankervis was injured Young Ryan and inexperienced Miller were all new to the caper, but biggest issue-small forwards were horrible and ball was waltzing out like a pinball being hit firmly by a paddle. I think Hopper and TT will work fine now as they were getting the ball and giving us supply, but we couldn’t lock it inside our FL.

True however you can’t help but be excited at the diff shai makes to the setup , he’s been electric the last month ,just give him a license

Oh definitely mate as that’s why I said yes and no. Watching Essendon tonight I still stand by my earlier statement Mickey Mouse could’ve coached us to a win against them. That’s the loss that could really hurt us Bc the team selection and player positions were terrible.

In which fantasy would you ever be paddling tiger lol

Oh well at least it serviced as a circuit breaker, we were heading toward a 5w season at that point

Just the sort of players I have enjoyed watching. Need more of it within our game.
A bit more malthouse, and Landy and sprinkle a bit of balme

Given our run home, if he is able to make finals I would lean towards giving him the job. We have some tough opposition to close out the year. Is he the right man to see out a "Rebuild on the run"? Maybe, maybe not. He's the most seamless transition from Dimma though and it would have to take an extraordinary alternative to prevent Mini from getting the job.

the only thing I'm confident of is the process will be thorough and if he’s the best fit for the criteria brendan and the board have set he’ll get the nod.
