• He's already coached his own team - Box Hill to the VFL flag
• Been awarded assistant coach of the year
• Coached all lines for the Hawks
• Been part of the process to regenerate the hawks team
• Hawks looking good from a game plan standpoint and he's part of the team developing this
• Just a bonus that he has a history at Tigerland and very well respected internally.
