With pick 1 the Eagles select Harley Reid 187cm 85kg Midfielder from Bendigo Pioneers. Reid will be handed the famous number 9 and will slot straight into the Eagles midfield. Despite the talk about him not wanting to go to Perth, Reid isn't going to do a Horne Francis and request a trade back to mummy after 12 months.
