Ladies and gentleman, I have a reply

Thanks for getting in touch,

We have been made aware of a delay in sync with radio commentary, this issue has been rectified with re-worked products due out in December.

There we go lol.
What the actual ****. Are they "re-working" the blu-ray?

I guess I'll have to get a blu-ray drive for my PC and try to fix it myself...

Unsure could email em again and ask. Waiting for a reply to my second see what they say.

I just got depressed for the first time in about three months after reading this thread.
Im really surprised the amateurs didn’t bring it out in beta as I could have got more than the two weeks use out of the player that I purchased many moons ago.
I think I will download the 24GB torrent until I can get some positive news from you blokes as I don’t want to piss money up the wall on a disc clogger. ATM I seem to be enjoying listening to the ABC broadcast while I’m lying in bed. Thanks for all the advice Tigers.

****ing amateurs. I only emailed them yesterday so I've got no reply yet. Told them how disappointed I was and that I'd be returning mine for a refund.

Has anyone got the blu-ray version yet? Does it sync?
Got mine yesterday and no it does not sync.
Watching with mmm is just the same as watching the Tele with radio on
Have watched a bit with the aw feed and it is worse. At the end of first qtr the audio loops as the second qtr starts so you get a rerun of the caddy/lever argy Barry whilst the game is underway.
I'm no techy but surely with a month to release the syncing could have been taken care of

Also no 5aa feed which I really wanted to listen to

Hey mate - where’d you get the ABC radio coverage from?

Are there any radio calls out there that I can listen to? Want to have a go at syncing it to the vision
I have been looking into this. Something has gone awry with the audio recordings (both on the dvd and in THC) for the 2nd quarter - the speed is very slightly faster for the audio - if you watch the dvd closely you'll notice the delay isn't constant.

All other quarters are fine (i.e the delay is constant) so it's really odd. I am still looking into it.

Yes and no its ******.

The sen call is not as out of whack as the others . 3aw call is really out of sync
Have sent off an "enquiry " hoping to get a response
Simply asked how after a month and with all the technology available they couldn't manage to get it done properly

Sometime name a game might be a better broadcast. It should basically be the full seven coverage with all the bits and pieces?

Wow, Just received my 2 name a game DVD's of the Qualifying and Prelim, fair to say I could not be more underwhelmed. Haven't watched them yet but for $37 per game it is really poor, just look like dodgy copies you would buy in Thailand, and they cant even get the whole game onto one DVD, first half on one and the second half on another, WTF??? How can they not fit 1 game onto 1 disc. Fair to say its pathetic for the price you have to pay, the product I bought would be costing them around $1 to produce its laughable they are charging $37. Very p.ssed off customer here.

Return it. Complain. Email them. Demand your money back. Get on SEN or AW. Let the bastards know it's not good enough.

Might have to wait until December for the corrected versions.

Not sure if it's been answered but will there be a victory or season pack with the corrected gf edition all on blu ray?

Mate of mine emailed them about an all season pack (and to complain about the quality of the DVD he got at the family day) and got this response.

Hi,

I am sorry that you’ve had a disappointing experience with the DVD , I will pass this feedback on to our product team.

Yes we will be releasing the complete season collection , this is due out early December, it will be a DVD release but also include a Blu-ray copy of the Grand final.

Kind Regards
