I'm guessing Orren is two years older than Edwards but they play different positions. Exposing a young ruckman too early can hinder there development.
It's not even 2 years. One is currently 29 the other 30. Edwards would be playing if he had a good pre-season and Luke didn't. Then we'd be having the reverse discussion. :p

I'd like to see one of Dea or Arnott given we're going up against a pretty inexperienced side. For what it's worth the average age of our side last week was the third oldest in the AFL. Last year we were the third youngest just about every week. We've now got plenty of experience and solid bodies in the line up. We can afford to play a few kids, especially a 90kg kid in Arnott.

Well.. that escalated quickly.

Happy with the changes. Hopefully Arnott comes in for a run. Probably deserves one. Although Dea does too. We'll see what happens I guess!

Really want to see Matt Dea on the park this weekend.
Think he has deserved his spot in the side and was pretty good for us last season when called upon.
Thinking Arnot may play though as a direct replacement for Tuck.

I hope dea or arnott come up, just for something new. I think white has just about had his fair share of goes

Regardless of the opinions of others, I would really like to see Arnott or Edwards play, but not both.
Good to reward performance, good to keep the pressure on others.
Very good that at least one more player won't be thinking anything other than quarter by quarter of good footy.
That combines with Big O, Vlastuin, Nahas (if he plays), Ellis also putting in big efforts to try to cement their place, should see us with a big effort and hopefully big win.

Despite what I said about Arnot I'd be happy to see him get a crack. I do expect that he'll push the boundaries of suspension which tbh won't affect us at this stage of his career but he will need to learn to reign himself in because I do believe he can be a very good footballer for us. But he'll be no use on the sidelines if he gets rubbed out all the time.

Hero?

You had your opinion on Edwards, so I had mine on you.

What makes you the Aaron Edwards expert? You've watched the majority of his career closely I take it

I suggest you keep your opinion on posters to yourself. Going the poster isn't acceptable.

Thank you.
