We are fielding close to our bet 22 for this game. Hopefully covid protocols do not interfere today and Saturday
The best 22 i listed in Feb 23rd has only one different player
Fort is in and Coleman out
Lets see how we go with two rucks. Probably will be fine
Sharing duties with Fort takes the load off Oscar but, in the trial games Oscar was well below his best. Or just not involved enough
Or maybe this will be the new norm for Oscar. I hope not.

Richmond were too top heavy last night against Carlton
Nankervis + Soldo then forwards of Riewoldt, Lynch & Bolta
Carlton went with Pittonet who was poor until late in the game & young De Coning chipped in
So an extra running player for Carlton

Lions by 19+
Will be there cheering on the boys. A big crowd hopefully in attendance

Think everyone’s a bit nervous because tomorrow night is a must win game.
Maybe there is a little too much confidence getting around.
I am becoming more and more nervous the closer it gets.
Can only imagine what the players must be feeling.

How do I get this down to a list without photos?

Like they have in the record you get at the game.
I can find a lot of lists in number order but they have heaps of stats and really are not printable for what you want
My only suggestion is old school
Just write them down in a book and bring it out gameday
Or do a list on a word document and print it out

We will not be playing 3 tall forwards plus 2 rucks though.
2 tall forwards and a rotating ruck floating through will be the setup for the bulk of the game and there may be periods where we only have 2 tall forwards and 1 ruck on the ground with 4 smalls zipping around the talls.

Is Robertson injured / Covid? Strange to not even be an emergency even though I might be blind and he is there somewhere.

I hope Gardiner plays out the game. A fit, in form, consistent Darcy adds so much to the team. We didn't have that last year. Andrews plays so much better when Darcy is confident and playing well. They work well together. Our defence overall I'm expecting to be a much tighter and effective unit.

I don't see there will be any complacency on the players behalf. Not after the last cpl of years. We should win this one, decent form, the home ground and crowd, and a very good team. 4-6 goal win.

Wasn't Wilmot born on New Year's Eve??

Feeling confident about this one as long as we play for 4 quarters. No reason why the winning streak against Port should come to and end this round.

We got a new google tv after our set top box broke but we found out on Wednesday night the 7plus app doesn't stream AFL so we got a new set top box just to watch footy.

Our squad looks tight and it will be a good home crowd at the GABBA.

Port looked under done in the praccies, they don't bat deep in the middle and the forward line is makeshift; regardless of what you think about Dixon.

Lions by 30+.

Looking forward to the Joe show

I always do. Whether he has an up game or down game he is always box office.

Footy is ultimately for entertainment and Joe entertains.

Nah, i think last season we walked up expecting it to just happen. I think we've learnt that lesson, don't get that vibe from us this year. Think we will be turning up to play. Fit list, solid preseason games.

Yes i agree that Richmond had 1 more tall than we will have tomorrow
Lynch and Riewoldt both had down games and their third tall Balta did well, So i expect those three to stay forward
I think they will/may change ruck structure next game to just Nankervis with relief from Balta and drop Soldo

Regarding the Lions i am just interested in comparing how our 2nd ruck will actually be used until Hippy's return. Compared to Oscar & Fullarton in 2021
What % of time will we have the preferred 3 tall forward structure & 1 ruck on the field at once. Maybe the start of each quarter will be a guide.
How effective will that ruck be when playing forward
Oscars TOG will most likely be reduced. Will Oscar have more of an impact on the game when on the field if TOG reduced. Hopefully yes. But not necessarily so.
Then we have Fort who looks okay but still an unknown for now.
Fort/Oscar may prove to be a better fit than Fullarton when playing forward
Looking forward to the game and especially how our rucks perform
