Nah too unfair. I’m playing you H2H and it’s thunderstorms in Cairns for my player while yours plays under a roof. How’s the effectiveness and disposal efficiency of my player in the mud and rain going to be compared to your prima donna. If everyone was under a roof in the same conditions, maybe, but they’re not.
Tough t***ies imo

AFLF/RDT etc copes fine with this precedent/scenario you've presented, no reason why SC can't too

I'd imagine a scrappy wet day would produce more pressure acts/tackle numbers/contested ball etc anyway, so don't think it'd be too much of a problem. Maybe only if you've loaded your side with marking forward types.

I'm more so thinking of two average sides with poor skills going at it here. Not a high quality shootout where on average a goal is worth only half the value of a low scoring slugfest. Imo a goal is a goal and should be the same score.

I'd be one of them, cept i also have gawn, piggy etc. Reckon I'll scrape to 2050ish
I've gone Gawnstein ruck duo. I'll be pretty happy with 2050-2100 with Balta and screwshaw on field with C Gawn.

As critical as I am sometimes of the apparent lack of transparency regarding the SC scoring system, I agree with Jiska on this one. The example you refer to with AFLF and RDT is completely different. You get 3 points for a kick regardless of whether or not it hits a target or goes out on the full.

Having said that, though, We see examples every week that leave us scratching our heads as to how they come up with the scores they do. Just gives us something else to whinge about.

Except, I've been around these here parts year on year cowboy.

*In b4 I score a sub 1,800 next week*
It's true but what the heck!
