BTW what the **** is with our shit fitness. Our players have stopped running - Hawthorn making us look like lamp posts.. Compare ball movement out of the F50 its disgusting the difference.

Could've been an interesting quarter if Hawkins played in front at the start of the quarter instead of playing behind and giving away a free in the first 30 seconds of the quarter.

Murdoch was one of the few that played that qtr. was awful in the first half though.

Got to give the Hawks credit for how they've come back. Put more pressure on our ball carriers and caused turnovers. Even used a bit of Pagan's paddock against us. Some of our disposal errors (hand balling & kicking straight to Hawks players) has been painful to watch. I love Danger's attack on the ball but his disposal is shitty at times, putting players under extreme pressure as a result.

We're not out of this game, the boys just need a rev up from Scotty to get their minds back on the game plan, and stop being reactive to Hawthorn's pressure which is what they want us to do.

The handball happy stuff works when the fuel is in the tank.

when the gas is gone, you have to kick long down the lines.

4 times we had momentum going our way and turned it over with fumbles and mistakes by hand and it wnet back the other way with LONG kicks.

Its easier to kick it long than run it short...

Also if you are going to handball through the middle,make sure if you turn it over the last player goalside of the zone is not a tall,it should always be guthrie due to his closing speed,not taylor or henderson.

McCarthy has been really good. There are slightly too many passangers at the moment, especially in that third quarter. Lang, Murdoch, Gregson and Kersten need to lift if we're to get over the line. Danger has been EPIC, though!
