A few players have come close before, but I think Mim Strom is the first to record 30 disposals and 30 hitouts in a game... if Champion Data actually has her down for 30 hitouts. AFL website is currently telling me 29.
Main point of the post is to keep in mind Fremantle next week play Essendon, who are without Stephanie Wales.
It's not far off, to be honest. Brisbane is the only team that looks out of place there, and even then only because they've barely even met the top 8 teams this season. I guess Freo is a bit high, but they've been pretty damn strong at home this year.

But
Gemma Houghton with the game on the line kicked it from beyond forty and sent it over the fence.
* apparently 45deg angle kicks as a drop punt are the hardest drop punt shots for goal.
She’s a special player, never played before being picked up by Fremantle 7 years ago at a tryout and she wanted to be in that moment with the game on the line.
She loved it.
She’s a really special player.

I'm not saying abuse is OK (I'm sure people will say i am though), it's interesting that whenever Davidson loses their top, that it comes out there's abuse.

I would be mortified if the girls at the team I coach at lost their shit like that over abuse - in fact, one of them copped a 6 game ban after losing it

You can play dumb or be as flippant as you want, but you know exactly what you’re doing. Using words like “convenient” and “interesting” to avoid directly stating it is not a get out of jail free card.
When did Davidson lose it? Either on the weekend or historically? I have clearly missed something.
Has happened a few times, bare with me while I find the examples.
On the weekend there was a couple of incidents where they "very clumsily" ripped the neck of saints players when trying to tackle
If you're talking about the over the shoulder tackle on Trudgeon near the start of the second quarter and the subsequent arm swing on Lambert, it was a free and a 50. It resulted in a goal against. It's far from ideal, but I don't see what it has to do with the abuse, which was reported to the umpires at the end of the third quarter and affected Davidson at the 3QT huddle.
