Bucks made the point recently, that there is so much more match sim today than in the past, that coming through the VFL was no longer needed.

I'd agree with this for players that have good natural ball handling skills, but not for guys like Coxy who wasn't brought up with the game.

I think bucks tried this with Coxy previously and it simply doesn't work.
Fine for Billy though.

Good to hear Cox will primarily be playing ruck.

I like that Murphy is back also, I'm a fan and he's a ripping kid. Just needs to be injury free.

Poulter and Henry should be playing instead of WHE and Brown.

Disappointed with Henry and Poulter being dropped, feel we need to invest some time in them. Looking at the team though, it's one of our stronger ones this year. The younger players will need to start challenging the senior players for spots, rather than constantly being rotated. I would hope with McRae's development background, that his reasons and feedback is very clear
