I think everyone's heading up because the VFL games are there too
I hope so because Jed and Lloyd would redefine Hail Mary Pass if Dewy were to play them in the AFLI think everyone's heading up because the VFL games are there too
Double header vfl-aflI hope so because Jed and Lloyd would redefine Hail Mary Pass if Dewy were to play them in the AFL
Right call i reckon. Could still be subDropped ellis, big call
Luko has been named on the wing too. Wonder if he'll stay there or just rotate between the wing and forward line.Dropped ellis, big call
Predicted 30 degree weather at 5:00pm on Saturday arvo so you just know it's going to be warm and slippery as we get later into the night. We've been training in those conditions for months and the Dogs have been playing/training in the bitterly cold conditions of Melbourne/Ballarat. Dream scenario against a very tall Bulldogs outfit. I just hope we have the gas tank to run the game out. Also, that Bulldogs lineup looking like Dews fantasy. 8 talls on a Saturday night in Darwin is a choice!

Are we though? We are as tall as Dogs are.
Yes.Are we?
Wouldn't it be more useful to compare just the forwards as opposed to all talls? Defenders aren't necessarily trying to mark the ball in every contest whereas forwards are and the slippery conditions obviously affect the marking ability. Compare the forwards and they've got us covered in terms of height.Yes.
189.3 vs 189.4
Collins 194, Ballard 196, Andrew 202 vs Jones 199, Gardner 197, O'Brien 193
Witts 209 vs English 208
Luko 195, Casboult 199, King 202, Jeffrey 192 vs Lobb 207, JUH 197, Naughton 196 O'Donnell 197
Might not be due to form but maybe body language on the ground towards team mates?Dropped ellis, big call
O'Donnell will play as a hybrid defender this week in that 3rd or 4th tall role. Losing JJ's run and replacing him with a kid who's still learning the game provides the Suns with an opportunity to expose this though. Are we though?
Rory Lobb (207cm), Jamarra Ugle-Hagan (197cm), Aaron Naughton (195cm).
Ben King (202cm), Levi Casboult (198cm), Joel Jeffrey (192cm).
They've also named key forward James O'Donnell (197cm) on their bench and we suspect Jack Lukosius (195cm) will play forward for us at times.
Virtually every other forward is under 190cm.
Even Jarrod Witts (208cm) and Tim English (207cm) is basically a dead heat.
This is a perfect game for him to dominate high half forward or wing should get get plenty of opportunitiesLukosius has been listed on the wing quite a few times this year but doesn't play their so must just be a quirk of how we submit the 22
