Haha there is nothing like last minute changes on Friday throwing your trading plans into complete disarray!

Evans -> Hrovat & Rowe -> Roughead/Clarke changed to
Evans -> Hitchcoch & Rowe -> Roughy/Clarke which changed to
Evans -> Mitchell & Rowe -> Roughy/Clarke and now with Rowe in I've changed my trades to
Macaffer -> Z.Clarke & Evans -> Ellis which are now finalised

I'd love to keep Macaffer and trade Neade but I was a few grand short of O'Meara -> Ellis and Neade -> Z.Clarke. I'm keeping Scotland ahead of Macaffer only because Scotland is my 6th back while Macaffer is my 8th forward. I think both Clarke and Ellis offer great value at their respective prices so they come in. I'll probably get rid of Clarke once Sandilands comes back.

I now have a back/fwd link, a back/mid link, a ruck/mid link and a forward/mid link and with O'Meara and Rowe still in my team I've got plenty of trading options. For instance, if Thurlow is not selected next week I have the option of trading him to Mitchell and then upgrading O'Meara. Or if Neade/Kennedy are out I can trade Rowe to Mitchell, upgrade O'Meara & then bench JJK/Neade in my forwardline without copping a 0.

Now my team is almost complete, it is just missing Tom Mitchell, a gun mid & Gibbs and I'll bring in Mitchell & a premium mid next week. After hopefully trading Wines and Thurlow before round 14 my team should look like this:

B: Goddard, Heppell, Gibbs, Birchall, Ellis, Vlastuin (Terlich, Staker)

C: Ablett, Swan, Pendlebury, Barlow, Montagna, Watson, O'Keefe, Mitchell (Scotland, Rookie)

F: Johnson, Riewoldt, Martin, Rockliff, Cloke, Kennedy (Franklin, Neade)

Then 1 more upgrade will probably be Terlich -> Scooter which will move Tom Mitchell or O'Keefe to mid 9 and Scotland to back 7. After that I'll be trading to cover injuries and completing luxury upgrades like JJK -> Bartel, Clarke -> Kreuzer/Naitanui etc

I didn't like my options, I have 19 playing but I needed to free up space in the midfield or I would have 4 starting in the midfield next week. Having 18 starting is too risky anyway, as last week demonstrated.
