I’m sure RTB will be very pleased with his 4 leaders tonight, Wilkie, Ross, Steele and Sinclair who led with their pressure and allowed their teammates to play their roles. RTB is developing an all round team with a team game plan that can withstand the utmost pressure from the top teams.

The pressure level continues to rise year after year and unless you can withstand and fight back you will not stand a chance in the AFL.

Not at all we were poor in the 1st half
-18 for contested ball

I thought we looked a much better side in the first quarter but couldn't score. Second quarter was putrid with what looked like our last month of footy on repeat. We aren't a great clearance or contested side so have to pressure to win matches. We had them under so much pressure they were going at 44% efficiency at one point. Sydney are a neat side usually.

It's not pretty footy but I love the drama of pressure games. It's nerve wracking.

Reckon that was the best game I’ve ever seen Butler play.

Rekon we will see a player suspended for taking Mark of the Year in the next 5 years, because the bloke he jumps on gets concussed.

There was one (I think an Adelaide player?) a couple of years ago who took a beauty and didnt even get a nomination cause he knocked himself out when he hit the deck.

Might not have hit the stat sheet hard but it's not the only measure of impact on a game. He had a massive crack. Showed a lot of desire.
Would rather persist with him. He has way more raw talent than Tim.

100%, he's playing a selfless role by crashing packs and contesting after it hits the deck. They're two different types of players but I think you can play them in the same team if Membrey stays inside 50 and Caminiti goes up the ground.
