Midfield got smashed the last 10 minutes and our forward line got very lazy defensively.

Alot of rain on the way as well, a 4 goal buffer would have been handy.
The moment they started with the physical stuff we seemed to shrink. Got to match their physicality. They bullied us a bit and we could hardly get the ball. Great start by us but we have to be tougher.

Look at the positive, they had 10 scoring shots, were banging them from outside 50 and we are only 10 points down. In the past we would bee down 30+

Owens with 1 touch is very unusual.
We are not a top 8 team to be fair. We will probably make it due to a soft draw and getting the jump on a few sides or early, but we are not top 8 quite.
So many holes on our list. That being said, youngsters are coming along nicely. Still 2 decent mids short, as well as a proper full back before we can compete with the good teams.
Our midfield is just miles off it.

Only St Kilda can kick the first 4 and find a way to be kicks 2 down at quarter time.
