Hey legends, have been toying with nearly finishing my team with 3 trades this week, not a fan of moving on Neale but strongly considering.

Current team with $434k cash & 7 trades.


Original plan was simply
McPherson > Ridley
Schoenberg > Mosquito (via Close)

Now also looking at the below with Draper managed which will leave me with just Woodcock > Premo MID via Brayshaw to finish the team.


It's going early on Draper, but keen on NN and throwing the VC on him tonight..

Any feedback or suggestions, I feel like I may be rushing it a little?

Not all that keen on Hurn given his form this year but he's the best defender I can afford without a bye, could be a bargain if he hits form but that's a big if.

This would allow me to swing Bailey Williams into my rucks and Lukosious down back.



Essentially giving me 22 players this week rather than 21. The whole move would be completely moot if Foot the campaigner doesn't even get named.

You cand send a FWD/DEF into the backline for a DEF/RCK can you? Providing the latter changes straight into the ruck and sends your RCK/FWD to fwd?

Here is an option which allows you to move SP Williams to ruck 2 with no trades;

Trade 1
Aarts out
Comden to fwd
Willo to ruck
Rivers to defence
Foot/Close to Mid
Bring in Riccardi to forward

Trade 2
Riccardi to Aarts

This will effectively reset trades to zero used & might give you some flexibility with deciding what to do with rest of your team

Posted my team the other day, but a bit neater on the computer instead of phone.

Team as it stands will have 17 premiums (incl. Simpkin and Smith) and 1 mid pricer in Brayshaw. Keen to take home a league win and get some time off, so thoughts are:

Laird>Lloyd
Neale>Steele/Duncan
Georgiades>Riccardi/Mosquito

This would give me 19 premiums plus Brayshaw and 2 rookies with low ceilings. If I get the win, I don't play again until round 17, if I lose, I may be out in straight sets...

Also, Steele vs Duncan? Can afford upto $700k for Macrae, but will need that coin to upgrade backline and forward line over coming weeks.

Beyond that I'll have 6 trades to upgrade 1 backline spot, 1 forward line spot, and hopefully a luxury upgrade of Brayshaw>Neale leading in to GF week

Thoughts on all of that?!

Moving house today and then into hotel quarantine from tonight. Had no opportunity to really look into my side. WIll be on a flight from 530 and will miss the start of the Eagles game

7 trades and 14k left.

Rankine is my only upgrade to do. Should have 21 playing this week with no ruck cover for ROB/Draper

Rankine and Close only gets me to 423k and short of any viable options, so need the third trade.

I could do:
1 - Rankine,Close & Watson to Riccardi, BJ Williams and 454k forward (Simpkin, JMartin).

2- Rankine, Close & Rivers to Riccardi, X Oneil and 480k forward (Simpkin, JMartin, Lukocious)

3 - Go early on Draper (gives 571K) and bring in Brayshaw, Walters, Greenwood

So my first thought is to just go Rankine to Riccardi gives me $249K in the bank.

Or I could do the below and get Jelly, but losing two of my last useful rookies. Leaves 6 trades no bank but a complete team. Playing for overall currently 350 odd.



Draper missing really shits me off as I now have to wait 2 weeks for the price rise.
