I'd be keeping it at 10m but increasing overall prices, nothing dramatic

Too much of a fundamental change. Everyone is used to the current pricing system and the value of a 600k player for example. Reducing the starting salary cap is an easy change that doesn’t impact the functionality of the game at all.
