Wingard and Serong have the same price and serong has a lower be. ONly 4 trades left.

OPtion 1: trade out both > Merret + Riccardi

OR

Option 2: trade out both > Dawson + Riccardi (which leaves $235k to bring in Gawn next week)

OR Option 3: just trade out Wingard and hope Serong is back to 80+

At a stage where lack of rounds, lack of trades and lack of cash make extremely risky value shopping necessary. So considering doing ....

Goldstein > Shuey (via multiple dpp)
BZT > Melican
Rankine > Daniher

Goldy has dropped off badly lately so Draper becomes R2, with Big O to swing up from the Fwds if/when he's rested

Shuey is one of several possibilities around that price range but he seems the most likely to give a fairly consistent 100-115 point score. Even if he rarely goes 120+ like some of the other options, he's less likely to go 80- either.

Melican has settled into a consistent role manning the opposition's main forward since returning to the team and he's thriving on it. His DT:SC ration has been immense suggesting he's probably doing a lot of those Rance type things that earn SC points but don't show up in the stats. BIG gamble, but could pay off. It's not like he needs to stay good for a whole season. Just 4 rounds will do.

Daniher is another big risk but another value chasing one I need to take at this stage and need to take this week. Another big score and he'll be priced out of my range. Rankin has to go to afford him and that's hard to do after such a big score, but he won't play this week to offset a Daniher price rise and he's so inconsistent he's no certainty to go all that much past his BE of 16 when he does play again in round 16.

Team will be completed, with only Draper an on field rookie. Always seem to fall one short of true completion ... even in SC.

Fullarton from Brisbane. Played ok in his first game. What do Brisbane watchers think? JS ok? Yet to even be picked of course.
Very skinny and raw tall......high risk trade IMO

I made the mistake of trading serong before Chad.

Serong plays the better role imo.

Got Sturt sitting there. Thinking about grabbing his 70k. But might might just leave him as a potential loop or Captain option. Fremantle seem to play in the middle of rounds though.

Rankine to Riccardi.... yeah or nah?

At this stage of the season where trades are at a premium, I like Rankine as he is a solid F6 option... Last thing I want to do is trade him and then Riccardi gets dropped next week and I’m relying on Mozzy for F6...

Keep rank...imo.
After last week..

Who should I trade Hurn out for the useless campaigner?

May, Helmet or Mills? Has to be a defender under 480 who's already had or is having a bye this week.

I totally agree but my only concern is that if he has 1 down game, Jeremy Finlayson is waiting in the wings to claim his spot back... Probably one for the GWS fans, can both Riccardi & Finlayson play in the same forward line?

Finlayson doesn't necessarily have to play in the forward line to be selected. He's a tall utility, can play pretty much anywhere he's needed.
