MCG is 171m x 146m

So same length but accounting for the 50m width of the centre square, the wings are 32.5m wide at KP and 48m wide at the MCG (maybe even slimmer depending on whether the above dimensions account for the boundary line).

Means younguns like Durham and Martin are working in a very different space than they're used to, and the midfield ought to be more congested, or else keep the midfield numbers the same and congest the ends? Which would create a pinch point at both ends...
