Well a number of our so called supporters said we would get pumped tonight and that clearly didn’t happen.

I just recounted,

We are 30-28 in night games (after 6pm) at Adelaide Oval in the almost 10 full seasons since the redevelopment opened.

Losing marquee games at home is a permanent feature of the Hinkley Era experience.

Most other teams’ supporters relish the prospect of qualifying for a home Prelim — no matter what happens from here, history tells us we’ll be in white knuckle dread.

And nobody worth a pinch of sh¡t speaks about it. It’s just a fly-under-the-radar reality that we are ridiculously vulnerable at home, with zero advantage to playing in front of a raucous home crowd in familiar conditions whatsoever.

Absolute crazytown.

There’s a reason faith is low at any given time, regardless of the perceived degree of difficulty.

True. He's a big stick that attracts opposition but other than that he does nothing. Marshall had to take advantage of that
He'll continue to take the best KPD. The fact he rested last week and still came out looking sore tonight is concerning. He started the season looking in great shape.

Lot of bed wetting in here. If we kick straight we win that easy. Bring on September.
Coulda woulda shoulda, it's been known since 2013 that our kicking accuracy has been shite. Hinkley has relied on workrate and skill and unfortunately we couldn't keep up with Collingwood. I really think that's all they got

Well a number of our so called supporters said we would get pumped tonight and that clearly didn’t happen. So I give us a fair chance to win a enough games to stay in second spot.
Oh thank god we didnt get pumped. That'll win you the premiership!

Wow what a bunch of pants pissers.

Sucks to lose, but we've had our share of arsey wins against Essendon and Sydney so whatever.

We actually proved we HAVEN'T imploded tonight. That was the best we've looked since the bye. Yeah it didn't quite go out way, but Collingwood had to pull out some ridiculous s**t to get over the line. That luck runs out at some point.

I'd much rather lose this than in September. Butters was seriously pissed after that loss. Our problem is the spread is too thin, our bottom 6 are killing us. If those players can lift just a few % we can still win this - butters and rozee are absolutely flag calibre and JHF looked the best he had in a while tonight.

I get we've all been burned by Hinkley, but FFS he's on the boundary conducting interviews. He's not in control. He won't be reappointed as head coach.
It's not luck, it's skill and self-belief. We're short of both.

Don't kid yourself. If the game was in Melbourne on a dry deck pies win by 12 goals.

We are absolutely no where near it.
It's no shame really because Collingwood are streaks ahead of everyone.
You are full of shit Nostradamus. We’re you not banging on about Butters injury being so bad blah blah blah. You are like the weather man mostly always incorrect.

Our players probably feel like this and this is why they never find success in September

Lachie Jones has made so many terrible mistakes in defence the last two matches. More often than not he misses the ball when trying to spoil the ball and takes out his teammates in the process
