This win was massive for one major reason. Port now know that if they want to beat us it will take an effort above what they gave tonight which was a bloody high level. They couldn't beat us on their home turf with a full team playing their best footy. Very hard mentally to deal with that.

Things that aged poorly

If you actually heard him in the lead up to this game, you'd know what he was saying there was genuine. I really like Ken and in the lead up to this game, he was continually tipping his hat to us as being the benchmark in the comp.

He also pushed back when everyone was poking him about the Maynard comments; he lent right into it and said he loved the showmanship and passion from Maynard.

Don't really know what point I'm making, but yeah I like Ken, and he was full of admiration for us this week so I think people are a bit misguided potting him.
