Dixon had his kicking boots on, Polec was on song and Farrell’s first goal was a thing of beauty.

Rockliff barely brushed the guys chin - probably a fine - no impact at all.
Motlop should be fined for stupidity.

44 points was a reasonable win given the conditions. The handball happy BS was infuriating though.

Dixon was sensational. Polec showed why he's so valuable to us. Ryder probably should have been rested - Frampton could've done as much given the conditions and opponent. Farrell's debut was reasonable - something to work with. He's got class.

DBJ and Bonner should probably be nervous in a side currently stacked with defenders.

In the end a comfortable 44 point win to the Power who pulled away from the Bulldogs in the second half with seven goals to one. Dixon the standout forward on the day kicking 5.2 (32), with Trengove the only other multiple goalkicker with two.

Hard to get a feel on our game against an undermaned side in shit conditions but 4 points is 4 points.

Good signs from Charlie, Polec, Wigard and Motlop when he's not distracted.

Playing a ruck the benefit shows with Dixon’s goal kicking. He had more in the tank for better kicking at goal and played deeper.

Amazing, we have been unlucky with weather against % teams this year. Ahh well if we keep winning and we secure our destiny.

Could still be top two if we beat pies and west coast.

Negatives. Poor commentary, poor camera work always looking at that stupid brick tower while play is happening and when Pittard had a go at the defender for not kicking it lace out to him when his boot is one of the worst in the team.

Seriously though wasn't a bad game to watch considering the conditions. Played well as a team.
Dixon great in the wet. Hope he takes that form into the rest of the year.
Not a bad debut from Farrell. Got his first goal. great to see everyone get around him. Looks composed with ball in hand and doesn't look out of place.
Lienert another good game. Will play out the year in best 22.
Motlop and his nice goal and lost the plot a fair bit. Something must have triggered that aggression.
Ebert with the sticky hands. Best game he has played in ages.
They were the main players that stood out to me.
Oh and Polec best by a mile.

Our defence was solid too. So many nice clean pickups on the half volley attacking the ball from defence.

Not perfect but structure looked much better. Time to stick with that from now on.

Bit concerning that Voss mentioned at 3/4 time that if it got a bit closer they would go ultra defensive though. It just doesn't work.
