At least the effort seems to be there. I don’t think we’re a good enough team currently to make up for the players we have out to win this game, but I can at least accept that when they actually dig in compared to how they played against Geelong.

Yeah great pressure and competing in the air, needs to nail his chances.
Our big issue with Francis is we don't have him paired with an elite crumbing forward.
He constantly gets the ball to ground in the forward line.

Goal kicking yet again. Tired of seeing us work hard to get looks and can’t nail the shot.

Only for Lions nail their opportunities.

Frustrating.

Accuracy by foot to fix up, especially in front of goal, but I'm much happier with the intent this week. Feels like we're competitive again so hopefully that restores some confidence.

Harris Andrews. What's going on with him? ...or is Wright just having an exceptional game? Breaking out?

Kicking for goal has been amateurish….and I’m being kind. Brisbane were always going to come hard at some point, we don’t have the luxury of missing goals that AFL players should kick every time.

Kick those and we are still 2-3 up which would have been a good result.

Enjoyed seeing Caldwell lift in the last 5-10 there. Someone needed to and he did. Also enjoying Durhams competitiveness and bravery - it’s a welcome addition.

Not so great. We sort of righted the ship at the end, but we really just stopped when the Lions upped the pressure.

The output of Ridley, Redman and Hind is down both offensively and defensively and it's hurting us a lot
Yeah it sounds like Ridley has being making uncharacteristic mistakes, as has Redman, and Hind for whatever reason has forgotten that part of his role is to run and carry.
