The Coach is responsible for the Culture 76..........not the President!

I witnessed something very similar at the VFL the week before. I just brushed it off. Two weeks in a row is interesting to say the least.

Unless he marks them or gets a free in the goal square he wont make the distance

Today will come down to coaching strategies Buckley -Burns-Harvey - Sanderson for the pies versus Worsfold-Mc Kenna-Neeld -Harvey for the Bombers . Interesting to note only one Collingwood coach has played in or coached a flag that being Sanderson at Geelong . All of Essendon's coaches have played in or coached premiership sides . Ben Hart former assistant at Collingwood came out last week and stated Buckley trusted the system and refused to bend or think outside game plan it's a non negotiable! No doubt that is why he is no longer at the club . Well I think today will define many careers one way or another!
