We at least need to change the sub. Not knocking Ross but I reckon Sonsie or Clarke would be more damaging as subs.

According to Footywire, Tex is 194cm and 104 kg. Fogarty is 194 and 99 kg. Himmelberg is 200 and 99 kg. On our side Grimes is 194 and 91 kg. Miller is 198 and 96. Balta is exactly the same as Tex. So height isn't a problem and we probably have them athletically. As long as they aren't given one on one wrestling matches, we should have them covered, but Miller has to play as Ryan isn't a back. And as for the suggestion that we could play Ryan and Miller, I presume that would have to be with Ryan replacing Mansell.
While Ryan is clearly a better player than Mansell, playing three talls is just not on. Compare Adelaide last week, with their three lumbering talls up front. They laid a total of ONE tackle in their forward 50. Meanwhile, supposedly "cooked" Jack Riewoldt laid 5 tackles in our game. The one thing we did really well last week was defend, all around the ground, but particularly in the forward line. Leave the Jurassic Par stuff to the Crows and lets watch Rioli and Short waltz out of their forward line. Down the other end, I'd be for giving my Palawa cousin Mansell a mission to just concentrate on shutting down Laird. He has the pace to do it and it wouldn't matter if he doesn't get a single disposal if he shuts Laird down.

I like the look of mansell. Bit of campaigner and run. Skills don’t look that bad to me. Dimma’s presser shows how little some people know in here. His role is clearly important to the way we play. Not sure how he is supposed to rack up possessions when it’s his role to run the “fat side” and specifically stay away from the contest

Pacey side but bit worried about emergencies. Rance looks keen but too frantic, cant have him giving away frees in our D50 - could try him as a fwd at Coburg?
Funny thing is, i reckon that side beats GWS in the 2019 GF, not even joking that's how cooked GWS were that day.
