their half forward/forward line is full of the kind of almost-good campaigners that like to tear us apart. defenders need to be on their game similar to last week a bit of improvement from balta and we should be fine

think we need to at least have Nank break-even if he can and then midfield dominate which I have high hopes we can. would drop mansell for clarke or cumbo on this ground. drop ross for sonsie as sub. i'm not sure they will give any of the old timers a rest already in rd2. im actually expecting no changes at all aside from ross out sonsie or ralphsmith in

I've set my expectations of Sonsie being an inclusion to very low because he isn't being featured in any of the social media pics.

Yes I understand this isn't a rational thought process.

Crows went too hard, too early in the extreme heat last week and they were gone at half time. They had absolutely nothing left to give when GWS came out and stepped up their work rate. The Crows could easily have been 10 goals up at HT though, they misses a hell of a lot of very gettable shots.

I think Crows will be happier back at home in what should be more forgiving conditions, albeit on the warm side.

Noah "Nut" Balta to keep the T Walker from screwing us by attaching him to the pine.

"Grubby" Grimes to make a mess of D Fogarty.

Miller to make a pestle of himself and grind Himmelberg to powder form.

Toby "or not Toby" Nankervis to demolish the "Hamlet" of Adelaide and crack "Windscreens" O'Brien in the process.

Jacob "Border" Hopper to show how comfortable he is travelling interstate.

Could we see Ben Keays turn to a "lockdown" role v Rioli?

Will Luke Pedlar show his wares?

I also expect to see: Jordon Butts up against Lynch.

Overall though I am tipping a huge upset here. Tigers to get within +7.5 on the free kick count. And speaking of free kicks, Stephen Icke was a fine 2 club player for North and Melbourne coming out of Noble Park in the 70's and 80's, though probably not a freak, so I really shouldn't have mentioned it.

My vast talents are wasted. :tearsofjoy:
