I'm so confused by this site...

All pre-season everyone was saying Bont, Houston etc were "must haves" and I asked about Ceglar or Chad and everyone said neither or "not Chad".

1 round of footy has been played (some time ago too) and everyone is trading out Bont and/or Houston and trading in Chad.

Same goes for trading in Howe (who I have), trading out Roberton (who I also have), etc, etc.

Some may be playing a role different to expected but surely 1 round doesn't trump all the research put in on basically every player in your team?

This forum is an echo chamber. It just takes one or two confident people to recommend a player before everyone has them in their cookie-cutter team.

I took Houston coz I thought Stewart was injured, took Bont coz I thought Titch would start slow. Didn't really want either of them from the start so I'm jumping at the chance to trade them out.



Chad was always a good pick. Ceglar scored well coz McEvoy got injured in the first 5 minutes of the game. Good luck if youre trading him in.

Mcevoy played 88% of game time. Most of this down back mind you but did attend 3 centre bounces, Ceglar is rucking the majority of time

Honestly I can't be ****ed trying to play this season properly, so here is my horrible attempt at fixing up my cash cows & FWD/DEF lines.

If I had 10 trades this round, I'd use them all up, there is so much I hate about my team atm.





I've decided to give Crisp, Roberton & Starcevich another week to prove themselves worthy, additionally I deemed them as less urgent matters that the 5 players I traded out.

With Heeney back in the FWD line, I feel that the only player I have to worry about is Brayshaw, and I think he has a better chance of having a good game than the 3 defenders I mentioned.

In the midfield my only concern is McCluggage, but I'm not sweating on him just yet.
