Dunstan is a really good recent example of a player being traded to another club but essentially his career was over as he was bought into Melbourne as a break glass in emergency type. Very common.

All four players I mentioned appear to have reached their ceiling and will most like only ever be seen as fringe back up types.

That tag has done a lot of damage to the confidence of our players.

We should encourage players to back themselves in instead of trying to pass the ball off, especially when our skills are so poor.

Phillipou should just launch for goal if within 55 meters. Coaches should give this clear directive. Only exception if there is a player free with a paddock.
