I won't claim to have seen Port's recent games, so their own supporters can probably answer more accurately, but he seems to have been pushed out of the midfield of late. More time forward = more inconsistent scores. His prices is tempting though.

Yeah his price ($422k) for a bloke averaging 99SC is looking too hard to pass up (especially from a fattened rookie). I think it's also more about what he might be able to do; very high ceiling. My 3 opponents for this weeks finals all have him too and he does love a Showdown.

Think I'll sit on it tonight and see how Menegola and Dusty go tonight before I commit.

Two trades left but holding Savage this round. Would have 475k. Am not prepared to take the risk with Webster.
So will put Ahern onto the field via TMac to defence and Keeffe to forward bench.
Anyway think Ahern could do ok over Nth's last four rounds: Brisbane, Bulldogs, Adelaide & St.Kilda.

Stuck with savage but no decent defender to get coz I cant afford lloyd,
so im backing in those 2 to got big for me.

I think Tomahawk will have a stinker tonight but he should do well the remaining games, especially the last 2.

Ill most likely lose my first final but with the double chance hopefully I get a better match up next week.

Looking at trading Savage even though I wont have a donut, i just don't trust Mihocek getting a decent enough score.

Left field option... Ryan Clarke (North)! 28 or so possies last 2 weeks now and should get midfield time with Higgins out.

The 2 rounds Grundy was out Aliir scored 97 and 117. Other than that I haven't watched enough Sydney to see how either of those two play with or without each other.

Anyways Sydney are going off the rails a bit imo. Maybe horse is gonna pull some weird shit with their playing style could effect scoring.. Fked if I know tho
